If you are an end-user (client) booking with a business through Orbit, that business is the "Data Controller" of your information. Any disputes arising under or relating to this Privacy Policy shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Georgia, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
