Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Orbit, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Orbit ("Orbit LLC").
Description of Service
Orbit provides appointment booking, waitlist management, and revenue recovery tools for service-based businesses. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.
Account Registration
To use certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete information
- Maintaining the security of your account credentials
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
Payment and Billing
Some features require a paid subscription. By subscribing:
- 14-day free trial on all paid plans
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
- No refunds after billing begins (cancel anytime to stop future charges)
- We may change pricing with 30 days notice
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Orbit to:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Send spam or unsolicited communications
- Interfere with the service or other users
- Attempt to access unauthorized areas of the service
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orbit ("Orbit LLC") shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Georgia. You hereby irrevocably consent to the exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts. In any action to enforce these Terms, the prevailing party shall be entitled to costs and attorneys' fees.
Class Action Waiver
YOU AND ORBIT ("ORBIT LLC") AGREE THAT ANY PROCEEDINGS TO RESOLVE OR LITIGATE ANY DISPUTE WILL BE CONDUCTED SOLELY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS. NEITHER YOU NOR ORBIT ("ORBIT LLC") WILL SEEK TO HAVE ANY DISPUTE HEARD AS A CLASS ACTION, REPRESENTATIVE ACTION, OR COLLECTIVE ACTION.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance.
